Deposit Operations Generalist

The Deposit Operations Generalist is a key member of the Deposit Operations team, responsible for performing a wide range of operational, research, and compliance functions to support branches, customers, and internal departments. This role requires advanced knowledge of deposit products, core banking systems, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures. The position ensures accuracy in account maintenance, reconciliation of internal and external accounts, and adherence to all federal and state regulations. Deposit Operations employees have been designated as essential employees requiring them to be in the office or VPN access in event of inclement weather/disaster etc. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Perform research requests for branches and customers using imaging systems.
