Role: Google Cloud Platform Solution ArchitectLocation: Dearborn, MI (Day-1 Onsite)C2C or W2Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to join our team in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and practices, with a specific emphasis on Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect knowledge. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions that meet our business needs.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance on best practices for cloud adoption and migration.Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve cloud infrastructure and application performance.Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture, including design patterns, deployment processes, and operational procedures.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud computing and Google Cloud Platform.Mandatory SkillsProven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on cloud technologies.Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and certification as a Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect is a must.Expertise in designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on Google Cloud Platform.Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.Strong understanding of networking, storage, and compute services in Google Cloud Platform.Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred SkillsExperience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud architectures.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with data engineering and analytics on Google Cloud Platform.Understanding of machine learning and AI services offered by Google Cloud Platform.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10-15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on cloud architecture and solutions.Proven track record of successful cloud implementations and migrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
