Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, responding to service requests, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. This role includes maintaining customer satisfaction, providing accurate information about products and services, addressing feedback, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience. The representative will also document and escalate concerns as necessary to ensure service excellence.
