Detail Technician - Seasonal

Job DetailsDescriptionWe’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily on sold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets our high standards and provides an excellent first impression to customers. Pay starting at $16 hourlyKey ObjectivesDeliver consistently high-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVsEnsure every sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on scheduleIdentify and report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceSupport the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputationResponsibilitiesReview the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailingClean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholsteryInspect each RV for any visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service departmentEnsure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debrisUse proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficientlyOrganize and maintain detailing equipment and suppliesCommunicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed unitsFollow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environmentWhat You’ll BringAbility to pass a background and drug test Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactionsPrevious experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not requiredPhysical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyMust be able to work some SaturdaysExpected ResultsAll sold RVs are delivered clean, polished, and ready for customer handover without delay.
