Customer Service Representative
Come join the team at Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning in Delafield, WI! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing business within the electrical services space.
For over 30 years, we have been helping homeowners and businesses in Southeastern Wisconsin stay comfortable and safe. As a family-owned business, our services are designed with our customers in mind with heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and air quality issues. We make complex installations and repairs simple for the customers that we serve.
What you’ll do:
Manage work area - greet guests, handle instore purchases, open/close shop
Update customer database - enter in confidential customer information in all system platforms
Work well independently and take initiative
Assist owner and coworkers in miscellaneous projects
Provide excellent customer service, both within an inbound and outbound setting via phone and email
Must be organized with strong attention to detail, prioritize appropriately, and meet deadlines with an ability to multitask on a frequent basis
Work with field technicians on installation projects, services, and maintenance
Willingness to learn about our products and services offered through training
What you will bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience within a customer service setting
Trades experience within electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, construction, distribution, warehousing, or field services is a plus
Strong organization and time-management skills with a proactive mindset to better the team
Results driven, strategic thinker who is self-motivated, and problem solver
Proficient computer skills; knowledge of MS Office products and Service Titan is a plus
