Job Description Our organization is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to become part of our dedicated nursing team in Cooperstown, NY.Exciting new pay rates! Enjoy a $0.75 shift differential for evening shifts!We are pleased to offer a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!Additionally, we provide Daily Pay through a reliable third-party service, allowing you quicker access to your earnings.Key Responsibilities:Gathering necessary information from new residents for admission.Documenting residents' health information, including vital signs and temperature.Administering medications and injections as required.Providing treatment and dressing for wounds and bedsores as needed.Potentially supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene tasks.Monitoring residents' food and fluid intake and output.Qualifications:Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Current and valid LPN state license.Must maintain good standing with the State Registry.About Us:Our organization is a 174-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility situated in the scenic Mohawk Valley, just a short distance from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
