NoEssential Job Functions Serves as the initial point of contact for employee complaints, workplace concerns, and manager requests for guidance. Conducts intake meetings, captures key facts, and advises on confidentiality and next steps. Routes cases to the appropriate team member for assignment based on issue type and severity. Conducts routine, low risk coaching or verbal counseling sessions using defined frameworks and scripts. Documents coaching conversations and resolutions in the case management database. Provides general manager guidance on performance documentation, coaching best practices, and communication etiquette. Manages logistical aspects of investigations: schedules interviews, coordinates witnesses, organizes evidence, and structures case files for Analyst review. Conducts routine or first-offense investigations (e.g., attendance, tardiness, policy compliance) under supervision. Tracks follow-up tasks, corrective actions, and closure timelines to ensure procedural completeness. Supports mediation and conflict resolution logistics by coordinating facilitators, sending process overviews, and ensuring appropriate documentation. Maintains neutrality and provides clear information to involved parties about next steps and expectations. Tracks completion of performance evaluations, trainings, accommodations, and other compliance-related activities. Monitors deadlines and flags missed actions to the Analyst for review. Maintains up-to-date records and ensures case management data accuracy. Completes special projects as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned or required.Job RequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge Basic understanding of HR functions and operations, employee relations, and confidentiality standards.
