Organizational Change Management Consultant
Our client, a large professional services client, is looking to hire an Organizational Change Management/Change Manager for a 3 month remote contract. The consultant will be asked to travel nationally up to 25-30%. The consultant will lead end-user-facing technology rollouts. The immediate focus is a large-scale Microsoft 365 / OneDrive deployment. The consultant will drive user adoption, create long-term training structures, and prepare the IT service desk for rollout.Key ResponsibilitiesAdoption Campaigns: Build value-based adoption campaigns framing tool benefits and user interaction models. Training Delivery: Design, build, and execute comprehensive end-user training programs. Support Readiness: Prepare the IT Service Desk for common post-launch support issues. Playbook Creation: Produce a reusable go-live change management playbook for future technology deployments. Required SkillsTech Rollouts: Proven success managing change for end-user tools (M365/OneDrive preferred). Communication: Ability to translate technical features into clear, value-driven user messaging. Instructional Design: Skill in building scalable training content for diverse audiences. Strategic Thinking: Ability to build standard frameworks (playbooks) from scratch.
