OverviewSenior Insurance Risk Management Associate, RemoteNew York City Area, Remote (East Coast)Salary to $160K plus bonus plus benefitsOur client is an insurance services company, who are now expanding their operations and now searching for an experienced risk management professional, who could have an interest to assist in driving the growth of the business.ResponsibilitiesMonitor investigations, reviewing insurance policies, analysis of statistical data related to providing all aspects of compliance or risk management for commercial lines, contract reviews, marketing, underwriting, audits, new coverage initiatives, underwriting issues, broker liaison, improving internal policies and procedures as well as presenting to smaller groups of professionalsManage national clients related to property and casualty and liaising with brokersManage risk management process from start to finishTroubleshoot all settlements, fraud, subrogation, liens and resolutions related riskAssist with implementation of new policies and procedures for clientsWork under little supervisionManage target budgets and minimizing risk of financial loss to the company.QualificationsAt least 10 years+ of property and casualty insurance sector and must have had solid experience in real estate, property or healthcare, working for a broker, consulting or law firmCPCU or ARM certification strongly preferred (LLM helpful)Strong written and verbal skills with above average computer skillsComfortable to work in a smaller team-oriented environmentStrong adherence to new policies and procedures directed by senior managementFluency in Hebrew or Yiddish helpfulPreference for the person to be based in the Northeast region.This is a great opportunity for an insurance professional, looking for a quality of work/life balance, working with a great group of professionals.
