If you have hands-on experience with permitting, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you! You must have a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Salary is based on experience and skills.Requirements:Must have strong work experience of permittingProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skillsReliable transportation and a strong work ethicAble to pass a drug screen test & background checkEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Applying for permitsSetting final inspectionsCommunicating with customers via phone calls and emailsAssisting production department with other daily tasksPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position. Work days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
