Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently. Duties: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or installations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Fabricate or modify parts as needed using hand tools or machinery Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance or a related field Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control logic controllers (PLCs) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Customer service-oriented mindset If you are a motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for maintaining facilities, we encourage you to apply for the position of Maintenance Technician.
