If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or equivalent Education  Bachelors Degree In Early Childhood Education or related field REQUIRED 90 Hour Preschool MDSE certification  1 Year of Experience in a licensed center required Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.   The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.  About Endeavor Schools Columbia Academy is part of the Endeavor Schools family.
