Aerospace Manager, Mechanical Engineering (Aircraft Structures, Air Frame) Location: Waco, TX (100% Onsite)Salary: $105,000–$195,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits + Relocation AssistanceJoin a leading aerospace and defense organization as a Manager of Mechanical Engineering leading a team of engineers supporting aircraft system upgrades, structural modifications, and mechanical design for military and commercial aircraft.Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent experience)• 9+ years of mechanical engineering experience• 4+ years designing aircraft structures and components• 4+ years supporting aircraft primary and secondary structural modifications• 1+ year leading engineers with direct reports• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance• Must be willing to relocate to and work onsite in Waco, TXWhat You’ll Do:• Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers• Manage aircraft structural modification and integration projects• Oversee 3D CAD design, engineering reviews, and project execution• Support proposals, resource planning, and engineering process improvements• Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, quality, and customer requirementsQualified candidates, please send your resume to Clara at:cfoo@pacifictechnicalresources.com
