Role:-BSA with Payment FXLocation:- RemoteJob Type:- FulltimeSalary:-$80k-$100k per annumJob DescriptionFX exp is mandatoryThis position leads system analysis efforts, delivers strategic insight, and acts as a technical expert for business systems within the BankPerforms at the highest level of service complexity in support of system operations, performance, and usageDevelops advanced solutions and specifications to resolve process issues, which may involve elementsof testing and developmentServes as a resource to wider business units or associates and may provide a leadership role for less experienced analystsThis role will interface with business, other application development teams within IT as well as various shared services organizations and infrastructure areasPosition will be part of Foreign Exchange, supporting continued build out of investments, capital markets, cash, and liquidity management capabilitiesData Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets dataPerforms data analysis at the most advanced level, effectively communicating and directing analysis outputMay handle special projects or direct the analysis efforts of the work groupIdentifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them using specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentationDetermines and resolves complex factors that affect system processesEnsures compliance through monitoring and analysisReporting - Enables strategic insight into business systems through reports to senior managementEvaluates systems based on data analysis, user input, and extensive testingConveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and develops process enhancements based on resultsSystem Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processesrun smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experienceHandles escalated and complex support issuesDevelops and implements modifications and enhancementsServes as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering expertise on systems anddata outputLead engagement with business partners on changing business needs, analyze business requirements,and communicate the system implications of proposed system changesManage and coordinate the initial assessment, analysis, requirements, development, testing andimplementation of incremental enhancements/change requests and other minor releasesResponsible for serving as a liaison with the busines s owners to lead and facilitate the elicitation andprioritization of business initiatives and business requirements including but not limited to 3rd partyvendor interface design, user interface specifications and report designConvert application designs into data model and interface/data mapping specificationsWork closely with developers to understand data structures, data sources and systematic processesduring system developmentProactively and continuously look for systematic and data integrity issues across multiple systems toprioritize and fixManage and provide support for system production issues, change requests and maintenanceMust be able to work in phases of systems analysis and data analysisCommunicates status, prioritizes requirements, influences and obtains approval for requirementdocumentationWill be expected to guide and recommend process and system solutions to business ownersexperience as a Business Analyst in banking, payments, or fintech(Hands-on experience with Real-Time Payments (RTP) platforms - e.g., The Clearing House RTP,FedNow, or similarStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with payment gateway integration, banking APIs, or core banking systemsExperience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or LucidchartCertification in CBAP, CSPO, or related Agile certificationsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
