As we grow, we want you to grow with us.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to be responsible for overseeing operations at a warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of warehouse management experience, has established standard operating procedures for their site, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment being hands on in all aspects of a warehouse. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with amazing benefits.RequirementsJob ResponsibilitiesPromote a positive work environment based on team dynamics, mutual respect, and adherence to the organization’s stated principles and valuesEstablish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouseCollaborate with executive management to set warehouse and team goals to increase the profitability of operationsProper storage of product and materialLoad and unload trucks with products or materialCompliant with all OSHA, EPA and other pertinent standards/regulationsResponsible for the supervision and execution of overall facility operations, i.e. productivity, quality control, inventory, reporting, etc.Forecast hiring needs and maintain a pipeline of candidatesTrain new employees on how to use machineryDevelop and maintain working knowledge of all core warehouse functionsInventory managementQualifications Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening Multi-lingual communication skills a plus Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities Exceptional time management and organization skills In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics Comfortable using inventory management software and organizational computer applications and computer literacy inspreadsheets Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand, crouch, reach, stretch, and kneel for long periods of time Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
