We offer free snacks and drinks to show our appreciation to our team membersThe Job at a GlanceAs the Inbound Order Quality Specialist (internally known as Keeper of the Stockpile) you will perform an essential function acting as a liaison between our Fulfillment Center Inbound teams Receiving, Putaway, Kitting, and Inventory. Our Inbound Quality Specialists are responsible for monitoring the Inbound WIP, resolving inventory discrepancies on receipts, including missing parts, incorrect quantities, and mixed orders. In our Fulfillment center, Inbound Quality Specialists also play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of Parts Town's Purchase orders receipts.A Typical DayYou will work closely with internal teams to resolve inventory related receipt discrepancies and deliver a positive customer experienceDemonstrate discretion in managing time to locate parts missing from purchase order receipts and log quality issues and communicate trends to leadership teamsResolve aged receipts in process and expediting purchase order processingMonitoring, research, and resolve Inbound WIP for discrepancies and trouble shoot deliveries to find PO, Pack slip, Part ID, etc …Check and scan pack list to ensure proper procedures are being followWork closely with Inventory and OSD teams to research and resolve receipts impacting inventory accuracyUpdate receipt notes, set appropriate flags (Kit, Hazard, etc..) to drive correct routing for future receiptsTo Land This OpportunityYou showcase strong decision making and problem-solving skills and are a stickler for details and organizationYou possess excellent time management and organizational skillsYou're looking to work Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, and are flexible to work late hours and overtime as neededYou have intermediate to advanced knowledge of High Jump, Syspro, and ExactaYou possess abilities to be able to move around for long periods of time, and lift up to 30 pounds unassistedYou have fantastic communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written)About Your Future TeamOur Fulfillment Center Team is full of high-performing team members who have a passion and enthusiasm to work hard and play hard. The salary range for this role is $43,993.80 - $53,770.20 annually ($21.15 - 25.85 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
