Help Wanted: Executive Club Manager (Part-Time)Location: Gloversville, NYThe Eccentric Club, a distinguished and long-established private club, is seeking a poised, experienced, and highly professional Executive Club Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and member-focused activities. This is a part-time leadership role ideal for a hospitality professional who values discretion, tradition, and exceptional service.The Executive Club Manager will be responsible for managing club operations, supervising staff, coordinating meetings, and planning both club-sponsored and private member events. The position requires an average of 18–30 hours per week, typically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with additional availability for evening or weekend club functions and private events as needed. Flexibility is essential.Compensation ranges from $28–$32 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus commission based on profits from private parties, offering strong earning potential. Candidates should bring proven hospitality or club management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of professional discretion. The ability to build rapport with members and manage multiple priorities is critical.
