If you are an experienced luxury hospitality designer who is ready to step into a more visible leadership position within a globally recognised firm, this is that opportunity.What you will be doingLeading the design and delivery of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion, maintaining the studio's benchmark standard throughoutTaking ownership of project management across multiple concurrent commissions — programmes, budgets, consultant coordination and client approvalsPlaying an active role in business development, supporting pitch activity, building client relationships and helping to grow the NY studio's project pipelineMentoring and guiding junior and mid-level designers, helping to build a strong internal culture from the startContributing to presentations and documentation at a level that reflects the studio's international reputationCollaborating closely with a global network spanning London, Singapore, Dubai and Hong KongWhat we are looking for8 to 12 years of experience in interior design, with a strong and demonstrable focus on luxury hospitality — think five-star hotels, high-end F&B, branded residences or resort projectsA portfolio that speaks for itself: sophisticated, detail-led, and commercially deliveredExperience leading projects and managing teams, not just contributing to themConfidence in client-facing and business development settings — you can hold a room and build trustDegree in Interior Design or Architecture; NCIDQ certification a plusProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and the Adobe Creative SuiteWhy this role stands outGenuine early-stage influence in a studio backed by one of the world's most iconic design brandsA smaller, high-calibre team where your contribution is visible and valuedAccess to world-class projects and an international network from day oneReal scope for career progression as the studio growsThe kind of work that belongs in a portfolio you are proud ofSalary: $110,000 – $125,000 depending on experienceLocation: Financial District, New York CityStart date: As soon as possible
