You will be able to take advantage of: Company provided workshops and seminars Skill development via online courses The ability to refine and enhance your abilities through on-the-job training Facility Location: Portage, IN Compensation: $500 monthly Position Type: Part time, contract (1099) Schedule: Monday – Friday, between 8am-10am Reports To and Collaborates With: Company CEO Start Date: October 1, with a walkthrough on September 23 Qualifications: Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills Have 6 or more months’ cleaning experience in a commercial environment Dependable and detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing excellent service Local to the area of Portage, IN Have reliable transportation Be able to pass a background check and drug testing as required Have a high school diploma or equivalent Responsibilities: Work as a team to maintain cleanliness of the facility based the scope of work (SOW) provided. This includes: Sweeping, mopping Dusting, vacuuming Glass cleaning Cleaning of the bathroom Deodorizing and sanitizing required areas Trash removal and disposal Maintaining the facility parking lot at times Faithful Cleaning Solutions, Inc. is dedicated to equal employment opportunities in every term, condition, and privilege of employment.
