Lead Teacher - Preschool Qualified

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher - Preschool Qualified to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive learning environment for young children and will possess strong skills in curriculum development, classroom management, and child development. Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curricula that support early childhood development and literacy education. Plan and execute daily lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, physical education, and other instructional strategies. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 2 years. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being among students. Assess children's progress through observation and standardized testing, adjusting instruction as needed. Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to support children with special education needs or early intervention requirements. Supervise classroom assistants and volunteers, providing guidance on classroom management and instructional techniques. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and developmental milestones in compliance with childcare regulations. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards related to childcare, including child welfare policies. Skills Strong background in early childhood education, including preschool experience and daycare settings. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs. Knowledge of childhood development theories, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively. Ability to implement behavior management techniques that foster positive learning environments. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to preschool assessment. Experience in tutoring or teaching physical education is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to child welfare and educational excellence.
