Role Description The Restoration Project Manager will oversee restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and maintaining open communication with clients to ensure project satisfaction. The role also involves identifying and addressing any challenges to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of multiple projectsExperience with Expediting and Expeditor roles to drive project timelines efficientlyStrong skills in Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standardsProficiency in Logistics Management for timely procurement and delivery of materialsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsLeadership experience with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsKnowledge of restoration and construction processes is an advantageBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferredValid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
