Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable personal vehicle for home visits. Experience in home health settings preferred. Experience assessing functional status, developing home health plans of care, and documenting progress required. Ability to perform patient evaluations and interventions to address mobility, endurance, pain management, and safety in the home environment. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health.
