National Account Manager - Color Instruments

MUST SIT IN TX, NC, SC, or GA Role OverviewIf you have experience within the color manufacturing industry or selling capital equipment, please reach out!The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Southern U.S. by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, conducting in-person product demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships. The position requires frequent travel and close collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key RequirementsDevelop and grow a strong sales pipeline through new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accountsConduct face-to-face meetings and deliver solution demonstrationsUnderstand customer needs related to color measurement and communicationQualify and convert marketing leads into closed sales opportunitiesAchieve annual sales and forecasting targetsMaintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts using SalesforceCollaborate cross-functionally to support business growthAbility to travel extensively (approximately 60-70%) QualificationsBachelor's degree in a business-related field5-8 years of strategic sales management experienceProven ability to manage national or global customer accountsExperience selling capital equipment is a plusDemonstrated success building territories, growing existing business, and acquiring new customersStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SalesforceHigh-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven professional
