This is a unique opportunity for Emergency Medicine Physicians to contribute to a community-focused, innovative healthcare environment in one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S.APPs will work 120 hours per month.Main ED: 10-hour shifts, working alongside physician support.FSED: Coverage as volume requires.Daily Staffing: The ED is staffed with 4 physicians and 3 APPs each day.Rotations between the main ED and FSED are expected, though exclusive FSED coverage may be considered.Call Schedule: No call responsibilities are required for this position.Shifts are structured to promote flexibility, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance.Facilities and Resources:Main ED: 42 beds with dedicated high-acuity, moderate, and less-acute zones.FSED (Opening 2026): 12 beds with full lab, X-ray, CT, and ultrasound capabilities.Technology: Cerner EMR with Dragon Dictation for efficient charting.Specialist Access: Closed ICU with intensivist support, surgicalist coverage, and a robust network of specialists.Level of Care and Transfers:Level III Trauma CenterOver 50,000 annual ER visitsLow Transfer Rate: 2%; Admission Rate: 25%Candidate Parameters:Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).Emergency Medicine experience required.Collaborative professionals committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Compensation Model:K-1/1099 model that offers higher earning potential, immediate access to full equity partnership from day one, and the ability to share directly in the groups profits.
