Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Overview:Join a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier in Port Huron, MI, as an EHS Manager. We're seeking a dedicated professional with robust experience in automotive manufacturing and a proven track record in managing environmental and safety compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.Oversee safety training, audits, and risk assessments to promote a safe and healthy workplace.Collaborate with management to integrate EHS practices into daily operations and drive continuous improvement.Address and resolve environmental and safety issues while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Support union-related activities and maintain positive labor relations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in automotive manufacturing environments.In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001 standards and other relevant regulations.Experience working with unionized teams is a plus.Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.~No Sponsorships at this time.~
