A Washington, D.C-based services organization is currently seeking a new ServiceNow Developer to support a federal project, focusing on IT Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management solutions using ServiceNow. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to meet all government background and eligibility requirements. You will be required to obtain Public Trust clearance. About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard business hoursSetting: Remote work with some onsite requirementsResponsibilities:Designing and implementing IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions using ServiceNowConfiguring and optimizing Discovery and Service Mapping for asset auto-discoveryMaintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) architectureDeveloping workflows, business rules, and client scripts for HAM processesCollaborating with IT operations to deliver comprehensive asset management solutionsPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:5 years of experience in ServiceNow DevelopmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB configurationExperience in Agile methodologyExperience with ServiceNow scripting and integration toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to communicate clearly with the team and leadershipDesired Qualifications:3+ years of HAM module experienceAdditional ServiceNow certificationsExperience with Cloud platformsKnowledge of IT Asset management standards
