Solution Engineer-1

Overview As a Solutions Engineer at Infobip, you act as the bridge between customers and our technical teams, delivering accurate solutions and expert guidance. You’ll participate in proposals, deployments, integrations, and delivery, while collaborating with regional teams and sometimes serving as a project lead. You’ll leverage your project management experience to align technical work with customer needs and product capabilities. You’ll work hands-on with Infobip products, identify innovative use cases, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout implementation.
