Program Director

A company is looking for a Program Director to lead a Rapid Outbreak and Response project funded by the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee implementation of project activities related to infectious disease outbreak response and system reinforcement Serve as the primary liaison to the donor, ensuring compliance and timely achievement of program milestones Manage project staff and ensure strong operational management in line with organizational standards Required Qualifications MPH, MD, or relevant master's degree required; PhD preferred 8-10+ years of experience in global health security and emergency response Expertise in at least two core areas of global health security Experience partnering with Ministries of Health and directing large international donor-funded projects Fluency in English required; French fluency is preferred
