Role Description We are seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our team on-site in Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time role requiring a professional who can handle food preparation, cooking, and plating within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, collaborating with the kitchen team, managing portion control, and maintaining an organized workstation. Line Cooks are essential in delivering our high-quality dishes, ensuring our guests receive outstanding dining experiences. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and plating presentationUnderstanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and kitchen hygieneAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and qualityTeamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration in a busy kitchenStrong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for culinary artsPrior experience in a similar role or a culinary school background is preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per schedule requirements
