We are seeking individuals who excel in high-growth environments.Role Overview:As an Automotive Credit Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales process—from the initial contact to closing deals. If you have a background in automotive financing or credit solutions or experience in automotive B2B sales, this role is ideal for you.Engage Decision-Makers: Connect with General Managers, Controllers, and other key decision-makers in auto dealerships to understand their needs and present solutionsClose Deals: Use your communication skills to overcome objections, perform needs analyses, and present cost comparisons while making outbound calls dailyWhat You’ll Do:Manage the entire Auto Credit Solution sales cycle, including prospecting, running discovery calls and demos, negotiating, and closing new businessMaintaining a solid pipeline of prospective customers will be critical to future successReach the decision-makers in the automotive dealership space and negotiate deals from initial presentation through a signed contractSource and leverage Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline, sales opportunities, and daily activities effectivelyWhat You’ll Have:Minimum of two (2) years of B2B sales experience in an outbound calling sales environment, WITH a Minimum of one (1) year of experience working within a retail dealership-OR-Minimum of two (2) years of hunter selling solutions to auto dealershipsPreferred Experience:Sales Experience: Whether you’ve worked in automotive sales, credit, or other B2B environments, we’re looking for candidates who can hit the ground runningExceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage people and build relationships both over the phone and via emailSelf-Starter: Competitive, performance-driven, and able to work independentlyStrong Work Ethic: Reliable, dependable, with the drive to exceed goals and expectationsAdaptability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projectsWhat We Offer:Competitive Compensation $110,000+ OTE ($55K base plus $55K comm)Uncapped commissionCommission is paid out monthly4-month rampUnlimited PTOComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchProfessional development opportunities and continuous trainingA supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancementHiring Timeline:Culture Index SurveyRecruiter Phone ScreenHiring Manager Video InterviewVP of Sales Video InterviewOfferWe are an equal employment opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.#remote
