Role SummaryLead analytics, insights, and market research to support strategic decision-making for oncology/therapeutic areas. Develop and communicate analytics-driven recommendations, build dashboards, and contribute to cross-functional teams to drive brand performance and patient insights.ResponsibilitiesShape and communicate insights-driven, analytics-based recommendations to support business decisions and plans of actionsApply advanced analytics methodologies to generate novel insights and actions, such as predictive analytics or leveraging machine learning to uncover opportunities and identify performance driversExecute and implement analytical solutions in support of business opportunity and risk assessment, promotion response, and return on investment analyticsDevelop the Patient Journey Mapping by building and analyzing models that reflect real-world patient experiences and barriers to treatmentUse AI to personalize content, automate insights, and suggest "Next Best Actions" for HCP and patient engagementLead Primary Market Research efforts that enhance the oncology brand teams' knowledge regarding product attitudes, usage, market dynamics, and competitionWork in a matrix team to contribute and co-lead cross-functional Team Meetings and National Business Review meetings to share market insights and performance updates across the franchiseDevelop dashboards to track and analyze key brand metrics nationally utilizing Power BI; provide leadership with national-level data to manage the businessRepresent the voice of the customer (physicians, patients) by maintaining and communicating a holistic understanding of the marketplace from primary and secondary sourcesContribute to team meetings with analytical support, brand planning analysis, patient segmentation analyses, promotional effectiveness analyses, and other advanced analyses for brand performance assessment/managementEvaluate product utilization data (internal and external) at the national level to reveal brand performance insights; collaborate with Is, Market Access, Sales Ops, and Data Strategy to identify key data sets and technology prioritiesQualificationsBA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business or Mathematics; MBA or other advanced degree preferred6+ years progressive experience in strategic analysis, planning, market research, and analyticsHighly collaborative, team-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills; able to present to large audiences and drive impactful projectsGood judgment with strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, planning, and project management skillsAbility to share strategic insights across the franchiseExceptional analytical capabilities, including handling large data sets and applying advanced methodologies; strong market research experienceProven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and communicate findings to stakeholdersExcellent project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and external vendorsContinuously build expertise in commercial analytics, forecasting, and market research; stay current with tools and data sourcesExperience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plusFamiliarity with pharmaceutical data sources including prescriber data, chargebacks, EMR, and specialty pharmacy metrics is preferredStrong communication skills at all levels of the organizationExperience in leadership within oncology or other complex therapeutic areasExcellent ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for business growth; proficient with Excel and Power BICollaborative team player with adaptability to a growing businessDeep experience with oncology data sources (e.g., Claims, EHR)Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partnersEducationBA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferredAdditional RequirementsOccasional mobility within an office environmentRoutinely sitting for extended periodsConstantly operating a computer, printer, telephone, and office machineryFrequent computer use at workstation; may move between locations occasionallyWork may extend beyond normal hours to meet business demandsOccasional public contact requiring appropriate business attireJ-18808-Ljbffr
