Job Title: Patient Care CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesHandle front desk patient check-in and check-out processes.Schedule and confirm patient appointments.Verify insurance information and conduct demographic intake.Manage intake paperwork and enter data into the EMR system.Answer inbound calls and address patient questions and concerns.Coordinate closely with the PT team to manage daily schedules.Essential Skills 1-3 years of experience in a medical office or a similar.Proficient in customer service within a healthcare setting.Skilled in insurance verification.Able to proactively solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Possess an outgoing personality to represent the clinic effectively.Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in medical front desk, clinic, or healthcare administration.Experience in PT, orthopedics, or specialty clinic settings is preferred.Work EnvironmentYou will join a team of two people in this role and report to the PT Supervisor. The work environment is dynamic, requiring coordination with various team members to ensure a cohesive operation.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raritan, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
