See more about our culture on https://mistral.ai/careers.Role Summary In a context of hyper growth, we look for versatile recruiters who have experience hiring across multiple functions : GTM (Sales, Solutions Architect, Pre-sales) as well corporate functions (ideally Engineering as a minor) Length : minimum 3months Ideally in SF/NYC but we are open to remoteWhat You Will DoManage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experienceDevelop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business/Corporate and potentially technical functions (GTM, Partnership, Sales, Corporate, Engineering)Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategiesIdentify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goalsDive deep into data and root cause issuesProactively identify and solve problemsHelp improve our process, documentation, tooling and talent market intelligenceIdentify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting processContribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processesAbout YouAutonomous and self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risksExperience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contextsExperience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets4+ years of experience recruitment for fast pace, demanding environmentNo ego and highly committed to deliverAble and keen to to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on workIdeally, you have a track record of recruiting both in business & tech rolesIdeally, you have experience hiring for Enterprise software companiesExperience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contextsExperience working to recruit in highly competitive talent marketsOpen learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex subject matter, and understanding of new markets, areas, roles, and business initiativesCapability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authorityProfessional brand of personal accountability, drive, work ethicsIdeally, proficiency with LeverStrong written and verbal communicationTarget driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demandsBy applying, you agree to our Applicant Privacy Policy.
