About the Opportunity:The Associate, Process Improvement plays a key role in improving internal processes within the Network Operations team. This position is responsible for collaborating across functions to identify and solve operational challenges, ensuring projects align with organizational goals. The role contributes by managing process designs, optimizing workflows, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.3. Responsibilities:• Lead cross-functional project management including planning, stakeholder engagement, and on-time execution• Analyze departmental performance data and assist in developing metrics and mitigation strategies• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support change management and risk mitigation• Mentor team members and encourage professional development• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations• Perform additional duties as assigned4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years)• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting• At least 2 years’ experience with data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools• Minimum 2 years’ experience in end-to-end project management• At least 2 years’ experience designing and improving workflows and establishing procedures• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of ConstraintsBonus Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Base pay range: $87,188 - $114,434 per year• Eligibility for employee benefits, unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses6.
