Job Description Insurance Sales Representative Location: Lexington, South Carolina Full-Time | $30,000–$45,000 Base Pay Commission Why Work With Us? What You'll Do: As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll be a key part of our team and a trusted resource for clients. You'll help individuals and families find the right coverage while building long-term relationships and growing your book of business. Your Day-to-Day: Connect with clients in-office, over the phone, and via virtual appointments Generate new business through calls, texts, emails, and outreach efforts Gather client information to prepare accurate insurance quotes Present coverage options in a clear, confident, and helpful way Follow up with prospects and convert quotes into active policies Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support Maintain organized and accurate records in our CRM system Participate in team meetings and contribute to agency goals Support local marketing efforts and community events What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-driven mindset (motivated by goals and earning potential) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus) Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Licensing & Training: Must obtain a South Carolina Insurance Producer License within 90 days Full support provided to help you pass and succeed Why This Role Stands Out: This is more than just a job — it's an opportunity to build a long-term career with unlimited earning potential in a stable and growing industry.
