Solutions Architect

Region: Latin America preferred (Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina preferred) Hours Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week with flexible overlap with U.S. hoursAbout Company and RoleThe client is a revenue operations and HubSpot consulting company focused on helping businesses build scalable sales infrastructure, automation systems, and operational frameworks. The company partners with SaaS and service-based organizations to optimize revenue operations, modernize CRM ecosystems, and align sales, marketing, customer success, and operations through strategic systems design.We are seeking a highly strategic and technically advanced Lead HubSpot RevOps Architect to design, optimize, and scale modern revenue systems inside the HubSpot ecosystem. This role goes far beyond workflow administration and requires someone who deeply understands CRM architecture, revenue operations strategy, integrations, automation, and executive-level consulting.The ideal candidate can bridge business strategy with technical execution while building scalable operational systems that support long-term client growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign scalable HubSpot CRM architectures for SaaS and service-based organizationsBuild revenue operation frameworks supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership reporting needsDefine lifecycle stages, lead management processes, attribution models, and revenue workflowsEstablish governance standards for CRM structure, field management, custom objects, and data qualityLead implementation and optimization projects across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, Commerce Hub, and Content HubAdvise clients on HubSpot roadmap decisions, platform optimization, and system scalabilityDesign and manage integrations between HubSpot and external systems including Salesforce, QuickBooks, NetSuite, ERP systems, CPQ platforms, customer support tools, and AI platformsCollaborate with technical teams on API-based integrations, data mapping, and synchronization strategiesFacilitate discovery workshops and executive-level consulting sessions with client leadership teamsTranslate business goals into scalable RevOps and CRM frameworksDesign executive dashboards, reporting systems, KPI scorecards, and attribution reporting environmentsIdentify opportunities for AI-driven automation and operational efficiency improvementsEvaluate emerging technologies and automation tools that improve revenue operations performanceMust-Have Qualifications5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience in advanced RevOps or CRM architecture environmentsAdvanced knowledge of Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations HubExperience working within Enterprise-level HubSpot environmentsProven experience designing CRM architecture and scalable operational frameworksStrong understanding of custom objects, object relationships, lifecycle management, data governance, and revenue process designDeep knowledge of demand generation, lead management, pipeline forecasting, customer success operations, and revenue attributionExperience with integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or n8nStrong client-facing communication and executive consulting skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into business outcomesHighly organized, analytical, and solutions-orientedNice-to-Have QualificationsHubSpot Solutions Partner experienceHubSpot Advanced CertificationsSalesforce experienceRevenue Operations consulting backgroundSQL or data modeling experienceExperience leading CRM migration or system consolidation projectsAI automation implementation experienceExperience supporting private equity portfolio companies
