This position is fully remote in Colorado, but requires in-office training. Resolves incoming inquiries in a thorough, efficient, and timely manner.Job Responsibilities:Facilitates calls between radiologists, referring physicians, and clinical staffConveys any STAT or pertinent critical findings to our referring physicians and partner hospitals on behalf of our radiologists and documents communication in patient reportsFacilitates Hold & Call/Read & Call workflowFacilitates overread addendums for Cardiac MR & CT examsRelays HeartFlow requests from Radiologists to CT departments in hospitalsAnswers general questions around reporting and examinations (as appropriate and within HIPAA guidelines)Problem solving for radiologists, partner hospitals and referring physiciansQuality check addendum reviewsAll other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneExperience/Skill Requirements:Clinically orientated roleKnowledge of medical terminology requiredPrevious healthcare experience required; previous radiology experience preferredMedical assistant or Radiology Tech experience preferredSuperior customer service skillsExcellent phone etiquette and verbal communication with previous call center experience preferredStrong computer skills and type at least 40 wpmComputer Software knowledge to include: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), RIS, PACS and VSDMTeam player but also able to work independently towards a common goalAbility to multi-task in multiple systemsAbility to work with a high sense of urgencyAbility to clearly and concisely communicate with other team members, techs, providers, PACS administrators and other clinical staff regarding radiology exams and other technical componentsEducation Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to read, write, and speak in EnglishCompensation is estimated to be between $21.50 and $27.75 per hour depending on qualifications.In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
