Maintenance Technician Needed!Very Competitive Pay for Qualifying Applicants.Come join our growing Maintenance team!*Responsible for completing assigned work orders for homeowners, performing general maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and on-call emergencies. Must be able to work with limited supervision.*Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands*Performing work order maintenance repairs and other duties as necessary and keeping accurate records on daily work.*Responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturer's recommendations and operating manuals*Responsible for knowing the property's A/C units, including being able to troubleshoot the system and make repairs to fan motors, thermostats, conductors, etc*Responsible for performing light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.*Ability to perform light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, resetting toilets, replacing fittings, etc. The replacement or repair of broken glass, tile, screens, etc., is also required*Assist the homeowner with remodeling projects, including pickup and delivery of owner purchases such as appliances and/or furniture*Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's License.*This position requires night and weekend availability.Pay Starting between $24-$28/hrBenefits:Paid leave after 90 daysMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceOther Insurance Options AvailablePaid Holiday Pay after 90 daysGreat Match - 401K OptionsCareer TrainingPowered by JazzHR
