Senior National Account Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns - Understand client goals and objectives, and provide strategic solutions to meet their needs - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies - Prepare sales reports and presentations for management - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process Experience: - Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Experience in warm calling and generating new leads - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques - Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive sales growth If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success, we would love to hear from you.
