Electrical Engineering or Power Systems background preferredAt least 8 years of experience with listed responsibilities and skill setsMust have skill:Strong application design and development experience in FME and Oracle SpatialKnowledge in Electric Transmission and DistributionExcellent analytical and communication skillWorking knowledge of tools like Client Quality Center, RTCKnowledge of Software development methodologies like waterfall, AgileDevelopment experience in ESRI/FME/Python Scripting is nice to have
