A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator to guide clients through the mortgage loan process. Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate residential mortgage loans by building relationships with real estate agents and referral sources Assist clients in selecting appropriate mortgage products and guide them through the application process Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the loan processRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Loan Originator, or similar role Valid NMLS license Knowledge of loan origination systems and mortgage lending guidelines Strong understanding of financial documentation and credit analysis
