Security Technician (CCTV / Access Control / Intrusion)Location: Elmwood, LA | Field-Based RoleIf you’re a solid security tech who knows your stuff, takes pride in your work, and is tired of sloppy installs or disorganized jobs — this is worth a look.We’re looking for someone who can run work in the field, troubleshoot issues without handholding, and help keep projects moving.What You’ll Actually Be DoingInstalling and servicing CCTV, access control, and intrusion systemsRunning and terminating low voltage cable (cleanly and correctly)Installing cameras, readers, panels, and door hardwareReading blueprints and knowing what needs to get done without constant directionHandling startup, testing, and system turn-upTroubleshooting issues in the field (not just reporting them)Working alongside PMs and other trades to keep jobs on trackHelping guide junior techs when neededWhat We’re Looking ForReal hands-on experience with commercial security systems (not just basic installs)Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intrusionSomeone who can work independently and figure things outComfortable working in the field and moving between job sitesAble to read drawings and wiring diagramsShows up, communicates well, and takes pride in their workValid driver’s license + TWIC card  Bonus Points If You HaveExperience with IP-based systems / networking basicsManufacturer certificationsOSHA or safety trainingPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in field conditions including standing, bending, and climbing ladders as needed.PerksInsurance, Health, Wellness.
