Introduction:We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at our hotel. The position will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and assisting with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system, and manually if neededHandle guest requests, such as amenity deliveries, and special room setupAssist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keysAnswer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional mannerAssist with organizing and setting up events and meetingsHandle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalismPerform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down tables and counters, removing trash, and restocking suppliesOther duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadProficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPerks:Employee discounts on hotel rooms and amenitiesHealth, Vision, Dental, and Life InsuranceProfessional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environment
