The role involves managing debt collection processes, ensuring timely cash collection, and maintaining and building positive customer relationships. Responsibilities include communicating with customers to resolve outstanding payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with team members to streamline payment processes and improve collection strategies. Qualifications Proven experience with Debt Collection and Cash CollectionStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients professionallyBasic understanding of financial processes and principles related to collectionsAbility to work efficiently in an on-site team environmentDetail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and reportsPrevious experience in the financial services or consulting industries is preferredProficiency in using collection management systems and office software
