Enjoy excellent benefits and the potential for growth within our company!Position Details:Type: Temp-to-HireShifts: 6 AM - 2:30 PM and 3 PM - 11:30 PMPay Rate: Up to $20.25 per hourExperience Required: 2+ years with Cherry Picker and Sit-Down ForkliftsWhy You Should Apply:Great Benefits: We value our employees and offer comprehensive benefits to support you.Career Growth: We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for advancement.Fast Hiring Process: These positions won't last long, so apply now to secure your spot!Key Responsibilities:Pulling Orders:Count, weigh, and record units of material on daily production sheets.Process orders by stenciling, slip-sheeting, stretch wrapping, labeling, and consolidating as needed.Accurately locate and pick products using both hand methods and motorized equipment, following safety regulations.Loading and Unloading:Load orders according to company policies, completing necessary paperwork including Bill of Lading and Pick Reports.Unload, move, stack, and stage products using forklifts and ensure accurate record-keeping.Operating & Maintenance:Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any defects to your supervisor.Prepare trailers for loading by ensuring cleanliness and proper inspection.Assist in maintaining a clean and safe facility.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED2+ years of forklift experience required; Forklift Certification is preferredAbility to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelinesProficiency in operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacksBasic math skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and a professional demeanorData entry skills and ability to learn new technologiesReady to Take the Next Step?
