What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
Greet customers and assist them with professionalism and care
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
Take and deliver accurate messages
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Keep the office organized and running efficiently
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Track orders and communicate with vendors
Follow company processes and support the team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred
Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
Experience with office equipment (phones, copiers, etc.)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team
