- Strong background in Java and full-stack application development (3–7 years)
- Hands-on experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
- Front-end application development using React or similar modern frameworks
- Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Python
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other modern AI platforms
- Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) Secondary (Good to Have):
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Agent SDKs, or multi-agent frameworks
- Exposure to AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and workflow automation
- Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery pipelines
- Domain experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or InsurancePOSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy modern, AI-enabled business applications. Reporting to the Engineering Lead, this candidate will work directly at the intersection of full-stack engineering and business requirements, solving complex operational challenges by leveraging microservices architecture and cutting-edge generative AI capabilities to accelerate client solution delivery.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications, scalable APIs, and cloud-native microservices daily.
- Develop responsive front-end user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and AI platforms (Azure OpenAI) to streamline and accelerate application delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to convert complex functional requirements into robust, AI-powered solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevOps initiatives to ensure rapid deployment.
