Job DescriptionWe are working with an industry-leading organization seeking a Individual to join a hands-on Agricultural Equipment Development Program. This 12-24 month rotational program is designed to develop future Territory Technical Representatives and Product Specialists within the agricultural equipment industry.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who grew up around farm equipment and want a long-term career working directly with machinery, customers, and field operations-not stuck behind a desk.What You'll Do:Work directly with agricultural equipment in real-world field environmentsSupport equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationPartner with customers and internal teams to solve technical issuesTravel extensively during peak season (4-5 days/week for ~12 weeks)Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business through a structured development programPrepare for a long-term role in technical support, product specialization, or territory-based positionsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in:Agricultural Engineering (with machinery emphasis), ORAgricultural Systems Technology, ORMechanical EngineeringRecent graduate (within ~5 years of graduation)Strong background working with farm equipment (personal or professional)Experience operating and/or maintaining equipment such as tractors, combines, planters, etc.Internship or work experience with an equipment dealership or manufacturer is highly preferredMechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilityWillingness and ability to travel extensively during peak seasonStrong communication skills and interest in working with customersPreferred Experience:Hands-on farm background (grew up on or worked closely with a farm)Experience in a dealership, service shop, or equipment manufacturer environmentExposure to equipment diagnostics, repair, or testingWhat's in It for You:Structured 12-24 month development programClear career path into roles such as:Territory Technical RepresentativeProduct SpecialistOther field-based technical rolesOpportunity for international travelLong-term growth within a stable and expanding industryApply TodayIf you have a passion for agriculture, enjoy working with equipment, and are looking for a career that combines hands-on work with technical growth, we want to hear from you.
