RPA Lead Developer | HybridWe're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead end-to-end automation delivery and guide development teams in building scalable, high-quality RPA solutions using UiPath.• Review RPA solution designs, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with architectural standards and SDLC/Agile processes.• Prepare detailed design documentation and collaborate with Architects and SMEs for requirement assessments and effort estimations.• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new automation capabilities and identify opportunities for automation initiatives.• Plan and execute unit, integration, and SIT test cases, coordinating UAT and supporting defect resolution.• Integrate NLP, OCR, and AI/GenAI capabilities within RPA solutions.What You'll Need• 7+ years of hands-on RPA/automation development experience with a strong track record in designing and building complex automations using UiPath capabilities.• Proficiency across core UiPath components including Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Queues, Triggers, Assets, and Exception Handling.• Strong programming background in .NET, VB, C++, or similar Microsoft technologies, with the ability to write SQL queries.• Experience in conducting RPA opportunity assessments and integrating AI/ML capabilities into RPA workflows.• Demonstrated experience supporting business case development and presenting proof of value for automation initiatives.What's On Offer• Opportunity to lead impactful automation delivery and shape the future of RPA solutions.• Collaborative work environment with architects, SMEs, and business process owners.• Engage with cutting-edge technologies including AI/GenAI within RPA.• Support for a healthy work-life balance through wellbeing programs.Apply via Haystack today!
