This role plays a critical part in bridging Finance and IT, ensuring financial systems are configured, optimized, and aligned with operational goals. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, support ongoing system enhancements, and help drive improvements across core financial processes.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, solving complex system challenges, and supporting a modern cloud-based ERP ecosystem.Key Responsibilities: Partner with Finance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across core financial processes such as general ledger and procure-to-payTranslate functional requirements into system configurations and enhancements within Oracle Cloud FinancialsSupport system implementations, upgrades, testing cycles, and user adoption initiativesTroubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution across internal and external technical teamsDevelop and maintain operational and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting dataManage data imports, updates, and validations while resolving data-related issues as they ariseCollaborate with integration teams to support system interfaces and data flow between platformsParticipate in system release cycles, including impact analysis, regression testing, and user acceptance coordinationCreate and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materialsSupport end users through training, guidance, and ongoing functional supportQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional analysis supporting financial systemsHands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly general ledger and accounts payableStrong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and system workflowsExperience working with reporting tools, data extracts, and system integrationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teamsStrong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsWhy This Opportunity:This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact within a stable and growing organization while working on modern cloud-based financial systems.
